Brokermanjeff: Jeff Eisenberg (CA DRE Lic. No. 01458657) has been in real estate for over 14 years and has spent many of those years as a mortgage broker, owning his own business called Southern Oaks Mortgage, Inc. After seeing almost every possible situation regarding the purchase/sale of a home or dealing with a purchase loan or refinance transaction, Jeff decided that in order to provide the best possible service to his clients, he began helping his clients buy and sell homes. This was an easy transition for him because of the 1000's of contracts he's had the opportunity to review over the years.
